Cyclic sighing, a practice focused on cyclical breathing, has been associated with anxiety relief. The Sigh app emphasizes this breathing technique, known to be more effective than mindfulness meditation in improving mood and lowering respiratory rates, while also diminishing negative emotions such as state anxiety.

Subscription terms:
Sigh provides a monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscription for access to all features while your subscription remains active. Additionally, a Lifetime subscription option is available with one upfront payment granting perpetual access to all features.

Upon confirmation of the initial subscription purchase, payment will be charged to the credit card linked to your iTunes Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of each period, with the renewal cost specified. Manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your Account Settings post-purchase. Unless stated otherwise, any unused trial period upon subscription purchase will be forfeited.
